    From downtown Columbia Falls, head south on Nucleus Ave toward 1st St W. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 2. Turn left onto Highway 2 E and follow the road for about 3 miles. You'll see signs for Glacier National Park. Continue on Highway 2 E, then turn right onto Lake McDonald Rd. Follow this road until you reach Lake McDonald, which will be on your left.

    Starting from the center of Columbia Falls, head south on Nucleus Ave and continue straight for approximately 0.5 miles. Once you reach Highway 2, turn left and bike east for about 3 miles. Look for Glacier National Park signs. After about 3 miles, turn right onto Lake McDonald Rd and follow it until you arrive at Lake McDonald. The entire route is bike-friendly and offers beautiful scenery.

    If you prefer to use public transportation, check the Flathead County Transit schedule for the routes heading toward Glacier National Park.
