If you're in downtown Great Falls, start at the Civic Center located at 2 Park Dr S. Head south on Park Drive towards 1st Ave S. When you reach 1st Ave S, turn left and walk east. Continue on 1st Ave S for about 0.5 miles until you reach 10th St S. Turn right onto 10th St S and proceed south. After a few blocks, you will see Gibson Park on your left. The Duck Pond is located within Gibson Park, so follow the walking paths to the pond area.

If you have a bicycle, start from the Great Falls Public Library located at 301 2nd Ave N. Head south on 2nd Ave N towards 1st St N and turn right. Continue on 1st St N and then take a left onto Park Dr N. Follow Park Dr N until it curves and becomes Park Dr S. Continue on this road until you find Gibson Park on your right. You can bike around the park to find the Duck Pond.
