Car
From Great Plains, Montana, start by heading west on Highway 200. Drive for approximately 40 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 141. Turn left onto Highway 141 and continue for about 12 miles. Look for signs leading to Garnet Ghost Town. You will need to turn onto Garnet Road, which is a gravel road. Drive carefully as this road can be bumpy and may require a vehicle with good clearance. After about 3 miles on Garnet Road, you will arrive at the parking area for Garnet Ghost Town. There is no entry fee for the ghost town itself, but donations are appreciated at the visitor center.
