Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Montana State Capitol, exit the building and head south on N Roberts St. Continue straight until you reach E Broadway St. Turn left onto E Broadway St and walk until you reach S Last Chance Gulch St. Turn right onto S Last Chance Gulch St. You will find Last Chance Gulch at 33-99 S Last Chance Gulch St, which is a historical landmark and is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Capitol.

• Public Transportation

  From the Helena Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop at 6th Ave & Roberts St. Take the bus route that heads towards South Helena. Get off at the stop near the intersection of E Broadway St and S Last Chance Gulch St. Once you disembark, walk a short distance south on S Last Chance Gulch St to reach Last Chance Gulch at 33-99 S Last Chance Gulch St. The total travel time will be approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on bus schedules.

  If you have access to a bike, start at the Helena Civic Center. Head east on E 6th Ave toward N Roberts St. Turn left onto N Roberts St and continue until you reach E Broadway St. Turn right onto E Broadway St and cycle south until you reach S Last Chance Gulch St. Turn right onto S Last Chance Gulch St. Last Chance Gulch will be located at 33-99 S Last Chance Gulch St. This route will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
