If you're driving from nearby towns like Kalispell or Whitefish, take US-93 S from Kalispell or US-93 N from Whitefish. Follow US-93 S for approximately 25 miles until you reach the intersection with MT-40. Turn left onto MT-40 E and continue for about 10 miles. You'll come to a roundabout; take the first exit onto MT-206 S. After roughly 2 miles, turn left onto Under Canvas Rd. Follow Under Canvas Rd for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at Under Canvas Glacier, located at 101 Under Canvas Rd, Coram, MT 59913.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, start by taking a Greyhound bus or Amtrak train to Whitefish, MT. From Whitefish, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service, as there is no direct public transportation to Coram. The distance from Whitefish to Under Canvas Glacier is approximately 20 miles. Expect to pay around $40-$60 for a taxi ride. Once you arrive in Coram, look for Under Canvas Rd, and follow the road to reach the campsite.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in either Kalispell or Whitefish. Start your ride by taking US-93. The ride will be approximately 30 miles from either town. Once on MT-40 E, follow the same directions as in the car option. Be aware that some parts of the road may not have bike lanes, so ride cautiously. Always wear a helmet and carry water and snacks.
