If you are travelling to Kotor Fortress by car, you can drive along the E65 road towards Kotor. Once you reach the town of Kotor, follow the signs for the Old Town and continue driving up the hill towards the fortress. You will eventually reach a parking area at the base of the fortress, from where you can walk up to the entrance.

Public Transportation
If you are taking public transportation, you can take a bus to Kotor from various cities in Montenegro. Once you arrive at the bus station in Kotor, you can either walk to the Old Town and then up to the fortress, or take a taxi to the base of the fortress. Keep in mind that the walk from the bus station to the fortress is uphill and can be strenuous.
