From Bar, walk to the main bus station located at the corner of Njegoševa and 21 Novembar Street. Look for the bus heading to Podgorica, which departs frequently. The ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Podgorica bus station, exit the station and walk towards Bulevar Mitra Bakića. The Montenegro Wonders tour agency is located at 78 Bulevar Mitra Bakića, which is a 10-minute walk straight along the boulevard.
