If you are driving, start from the center of Budva. Head southeast on Jadranski Put (the main road) towards the direction of Becici. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto an unmarked road immediately after passing the hotel Splendid. Continue on this road for about 500 meters, and you will arrive at Luchki Park, which will be on your left. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to find street parking if the designated area is full.

To reach Luchki Park via public transportation, take the local bus from Budva Bus Station. Look for a bus heading towards Becici or Rafailovici. The bus fare is approximately 1-2 Euros. Disembark at the Becici stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. Once you exit the bus, walk back towards the direction of Budva for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection where you can turn left onto the unmarked road leading to Luchki Park.
