If you are starting from the Old Town of Budva, exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the Slovenska Obala. Once you reach the waterfront promenade, turn right and walk along the beachfront. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the Adriatic Sea. Seateam Montenegro will be located on your right side along Slovenska Obala, near the beach.

From the main bus station in Budva, take any local bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Slovenska Plaža'. From there, walk down to the waterfront promenade and turn left. Walk along the promenade for about 5 minutes, and you will find Seateam Montenegro on your left side along Slovenska Obala, close to the beach.
