If you are starting from the Old Town of Budva, exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the Slovenska Obala. Once you reach the waterfront promenade, turn right and walk along the beachfront. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the Adriatic Sea. Seateam Montenegro will be located on your right side along Slovenska Obala, near the beach.
