My husband and I had a great time. Two hours on a lovely speed boat, two stops for swimming and snorkelling, beautiful scenery and a few points of interest/history.

Long trip to beautifull old town
Long drive to Budva and back, even longer if you don't depart from Shkoder. But the Old Town in Budva is very beautifull and worth a visit. 3 hours there is not long enough so I would suggest you say there or do the trip yourself. Prepare for Pricy European prices.
