If you're starting from the Old Town of Budva, head east towards the main promenade (Mogren Beach). Walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Slovenska Plaža. Continue straight until you reach the beach area, then follow the coastline heading in the direction of the Slovenska Plaža Hotel. After around 10-15 minutes, you should see signs for Luna Park Popivoda. The entrance is located near the beach, just follow the pathway leading to the amusement park.
