From Budva, walk to the nearest bus station located at the main bus terminal on Jadranski Put. Look for buses heading to Cetinje. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cetinje, disembark at the main bus station. From there, walk straight down the road (Ulica Novice Cerovića) for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the National Museum of Montenegro on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Budva to the National Museum of Montenegro in Cetinje. Simply ask your hotel to call a taxi or find one at a taxi stand. The journey will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to inform the driver to take you to 'Novice Cerovića' in Cetinje, and they will drop you off right at the museum's entrance.
