From the Cetinje bus station, take a bus to Budva. The buses are frequent, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Budva bus station, exit and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight until you reach the coast. Fort Mogren is situated to the right of the beach, a short walk along the promenade from the main area of Budva.
