Getting There

    From the center of Cetinje, head towards the main street, Njegoševa. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the street known as 'Bulevar'. Turn left onto Bulevar and continue walking. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Podgorica, as you will be heading in that direction. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the bus station. From there, you can catch a bus to Podgorica, which will drop you off near Independence Square.

    Once at the Cetinje bus station, look for buses heading to Podgorica. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Podgorica, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Independence Square.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer not to walk from the bus station in Podgorica to Independence Square, you can easily find a taxi outside the bus terminal. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Trg nezavisnosti' (Independence Square). This should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
