Walking
From the center of Cetinje, start at the Cetinje Monastery (Manastir Cetinje). Head north on Njegoševa Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Bulevar Stanka Dragojevića. Turn left onto Bulevar Stanka Dragojevića and walk for another 2 kilometers. The Montenegrin National Theatre will be on your right at number 18.

From the main bus station in Cetinje, take the local bus heading to Podgorica. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Bulevar Stanka Dragojevića' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk 2 minutes to your right (south) along Bulevar Stanka Dragojevića until you reach the Montenegrin National Theatre at number 18.
