Walking
From the city center of Nikšić, head north on the main street towards the Train Station. Continue walking past the Train Station and take a left onto the street called Bulevar Slobode. Follow this street for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the street called Veljka Vlahovića. Continue straight for another 500 meters until you see the Vladimir Vysotsky Monument on your left.

From the city center of Nikšić, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch bus number 3 heading towards Stari Aerodrom. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Veljka Vlahovića and Bulevar Slobode. From there, walk north on Veljka Vlahovića for about 200 meters until you see the Vladimir Vysotsky Monument on your left.
