Start from the center of Cetinje, specifically near the Cetinje Monastery. Head southwest on Njegoševa Street towards the main road (M1). At the intersection, turn left onto M1. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station in Tivat. From there, you can catch a bus to Tivat, which will take approximately 30 minutes.

If you prefer to take a bus directly, go to the Cetinje Bus Station located near the city center. Look for a bus heading to Tivat. The journey should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tivat, disembark at the main bus station. From the station, head southeast on Jadranska Magistrala (the main road) for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for the Naval Heritage Collection Museum, located at CMQV+2FM.
