Walking

From the center of Cetinje, walk towards the main street, Njegoševa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Lovćen National Park. Turn left onto that road and follow it for about 2 kilometers. You will pass several scenic viewpoints and local shops. Keep an eye out for signposts directing you to Lovćen. Once you see the sign for Lovćen National Park, you will need to walk another 1 kilometer until you reach the viewpoint. The path may be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Cetinje. Start from the main square and head towards Njegoševa Street. Follow the same route as for walking, but you can take the bike path that runs parallel to the road. This will allow you to reach the entrance of Lovćen National Park faster. Once you get closer to the park, be cautious of the increasing incline. The viewpoint is located approximately 3 kilometers from the center of Cetinje.
Local Bus

From the main bus station in Cetinje, you can take a local bus that heads towards Lovćen National Park. Check the schedule, as buses may not run frequently. Board the bus and confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the Lovćen entry point. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the viewpoint, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Note that the bus journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
