If you are traveling by car from Durmitor National Park, start by heading out of the park towards the town of Žabljak. Take the E80 road and continue south for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach the junction for Kotor. Follow the signs to Kotor, and you will drive through the scenic mountains. Once you reach Kotor, follow the signs towards Dobrota. Kotor beach is located in Dobrota, just a short drive from Kotor's old town.
