Take the E80 road and continue south for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach the junction for Kotor. Follow the signs to Kotor, and you will drive through the scenic mountains. Once you reach Kotor, follow the signs towards Dobrota. Kotor beach is located in Dobrota, just a short drive from Kotor's old town. Look for parking options nearby, as it can get crowded during peak season.
