From Herceg Novi, head to the local bus station located near the main square. Look for a bus traveling towards Kotor. The buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Kotor. Get off at the Kotor bus station. From there, you will need to take another bus to Perast. Look for the bus that says 'Perast' on its front. This bus will take you directly to Perast in about 20 minutes.

If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take a boat from Herceg Novi. Head to the waterfront area where you can find a ticket booth for local boat services. Purchase a ticket to Perast. The boat ride offers beautiful views of the bay and takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Perast, you will be right in the heart of this charming town.

While walking from Herceg Novi to Perast is not practical due to the distance, if you are already in Kotor, you can walk along the coast from the Kotor bus station to Perast.
