Getting There

Walking
Start your journey at the Herceg Novi city center, near the main square (Trg Nikole Đurkovića). Walk towards the waterfront promenade (Šetalište Pet Danica) and follow it along the coast, enjoying the views of the Bay of Kotor. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the end of the promenade at the marina. Continue straight onto the road (M-1) that leads away from the waterfront. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, passing by several cafes and shops. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Đuraševići. Once you reach the intersection with a road sign for Đuraševići, turn left and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will eventually see a sign indicating the direction to Solila Viewpoint. The viewpoint is located at the end of a short hiking trail that branches off from the road. It will take you around 15-20 minutes to walk up the trail, where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the bay. Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes.

From the Herceg Novi bus station, take a local bus heading towards Đuraševići. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Đuraševići stop, disembark and look for the signs for Solila Viewpoint. The viewpoint is about a 30-minute walk up a small trail that starts from the bus stop. Follow the trail uphill, and enjoy the natural surroundings as you approach the viewpoint. Ensure you check the bus schedules for your return trip, as they may vary.
