Getting There

• Bus

  From Herceg Novi, head to the main bus station located in the center of the city. You can reach the bus station by walking along the main road, Jadranska Magistrala, towards the waterfront. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading to Kotor. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival in Kotor, you will be dropped off near the old town. From there, walk towards the city center, following signs for the Old Town. The Bishop's Palace is located within the old town area and is easily accessible on foot.

• Ferry

  Head to the ferry terminal in Herceg Novi, which is located near the waterfront. You can walk to the terminal by following the promenade along the coast. Once at the terminal, take a ferry to Kotor. The ferry ride offers stunning views of the bay and lasts about an hour. After arriving in Kotor, disembark and walk towards the old town. Follow the signs for the Old Town, and you will find the Bishop's Palace within the old city walls.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Herceg Novi. Taxis can be hailed on the street or booked via a local taxi company. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kotor, and they will take you directly to the city. The drive usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kotor, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the Bishop's Palace, located in the old town.
