Walking
From the Old Town of Kotor, head east towards the main square (Trg od Oruzja). Once you reach the square, continue walking straight along the waterfront promenade (Obala). Keep following the promenade for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the path. Take the left path which will lead you to the bus station. From the bus station, you can take a local bus to Budva. When you arrive in Budva, head towards the beach and follow the coastal path to your right. Fort Mogren is located on the cliffs overlooking the sea.

From Kotor, walk to the main bus station located near the Old Town. Purchase a ticket to Budva, which is a short 30-minute bus ride. Once you arrive at the Budva bus station, exit the station and head towards the beach. From there, keep walking along the coast to your right. You will eventually arrive at Fort Mogren, which is situated on the cliffs above the beach.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Kotor to Fort Mogren in Budva. Find a taxi near the Old Town or call a local taxi service. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to specify that you want to go to Fort Mogren, and the driver will take you directly to the entrance of the fort.
