From the Old Town of Kotor, head east towards the main square (Trg od Oruzja). Once you reach the square, continue walking straight along the waterfront promenade (Obala). Keep following the promenade for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the path. Take the left path which will lead you to the bus station. From the bus station, you can take a local bus to Budva. When you arrive in Budva, head towards the beach and follow the coastal path to your right. Fort Mogren is located on the cliffs overlooking the sea.
