Getting There

Walking
Start at the main square in Kotor (Trg od Oruzja). From the square, head towards the Old Town and exit through the North Gate (Vrata od Kampa). Once outside the gate, turn left and walk along the main road, which is also the coastal road (Jadranska magistrala). Continue walking until you reach the road sign for Skaljari. You will pass a few small shops and cafes along the way. Follow the sign to Skaljari. After about 20 minutes, you will enter Skaljari village. Keep walking straight until you see a steep path on your right, leading uphill. This path will take you directly to Fortress Gorazda. The hike is moderately challenging, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

From the main square in Kotor (Trg od Oruzja), walk to the bus station located near the waterfront. Look for local buses heading to Skaljari.
