Getting There

• Walking

  From the Old Town of Kotor, head towards the main entrance of the Old Town (North Gate). Once you exit, turn left onto the main road, which is called the M-1. Continue walking straight along this road for about 2.5 kilometers. As you walk, you will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Pobori. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a junction where the road splits. Take the left fork towards Pobori. Follow this road for another 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Manastir Stanjevići on your right. The monastery is set back a little from the road, so be sure to look for the entrance.

• Bicycle

  If you have rented a bicycle in Kotor, start from the Old Town and head towards the M-1 road. Follow the same route as described for walking. Biking will make the journey quicker, and you can enjoy the scenery along the way. Make sure to stay on the designated bike paths where available, and be cautious of traffic. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.

• Taxi

  If you prefer not to walk or bike, you can easily get a taxi from anywhere in Kotor. Simply head to one of the main squares, like Trg od Oružja, and look for a taxi. Tell the driver 'Manastir Stanjevići' or show them the address '8RPJ+242, Pobori'. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before getting into the taxi.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  To reach Manastir Stanjevići by bus, walk to the Kotor Bus Station, which is located near the Old Town. Look for a bus heading towards Tivat or Herceg Novi, and ask the driver to let you off at Pobori. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you get off, it's about a 10-minute walk back towards the main road where you will find the entrance to Manastir Stanjevići.
