Walking
If you are starting from the Old Town of Kotor, head south towards the main road (M2.3). Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Kotor Bus Station, which is about a 15-minute walk. From the bus station, look for the bus heading to Čelobrdo; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Čelobrdo, follow the signs towards Monastery Rustovo. It’s about a 10-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.
Public Transport
From Kotor, go to the Kotor Bus Station located near the Old Town. Purchase a ticket for the bus to Čelobrdo, which runs several times a day. After a 30-minute bus ride, you will arrive at the Čelobrdo bus stop. Upon disembarking, follow the main road leading uphill for about 10 minutes until you reach Monastery Rustovo. The scenic route makes for a pleasant walk, so be sure to enjoy the views.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kotor. Start from the Old Town and head towards the main road (M2.3). Follow the road signs for Čelobrdo. The ride is approximately 5 km and takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Čelobrdo, park your bicycle at a safe spot and walk about 10 minutes uphill to reach Monastery Rustovo.
