Walking
If you are in the Old Town of Kotor, head towards the Sea Gate at the northern part of the Old Town. Once you exit through the Sea Gate, turn left and walk along the waterfront promenade. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade near the marina. From there, look for the street named 'Trg od Oruzja' and take a right. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with 'Obala D. Lajovića'. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see '380, Kotor 85331, Montenegro' on your left, which is where Montenegro Private Tours is located.

From Kotor bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Obala D. Lajovića). Cross the road and look for the bus stop for local buses. Take a bus that heads towards the Old Town (the buses are frequent). Once you reach the Old Town, exit the bus and walk towards the Sea Gate. Follow the same walking directions provided for tourists coming from the Old Town.
