Getting There

Walking
From the Old Town of Kotor, head east on Stari Grad towards the main square, Trg od Oružja. Exit the Old Town through the North Gate. Once outside, turn right onto the main road, M-1. Continue straight for approximately 7 km. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Tivat. When you reach Tivat, look for the waterfront area. Porto Montenegro will be on your left, right at the marina area.

From Kotor, walk to the main bus station which is located near the Old Town. Purchase a ticket for Tivat, which is usually around 2-3 euros. Board the bus heading to Tivat; it’s a short ride of about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tivat bus station, exit and walk towards the waterfront. Porto Montenegro is a short 10-minute walk straight from the bus station along the waterfront.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can find taxis available near the Old Town. The taxi ride to Porto Montenegro in Tivat will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and typically costs between 10-15 euros.
