If you are in the Old Town of Kotor, locate the main square, which is known as Trg od Oruzja. From the square, head north towards the Kotor Fortress. Walk along the narrow streets, following the signs to the Fortress. After passing through a couple of alleys, you will reach the River Gate (North Gate), which is a historical entry point to the Old Town. It is located just a short walk from the square, approximately 10 minutes.

If you are near the Kotor Marina, start walking towards the Old Town. Enter through the main entrance of the Old Town and continue straight towards Trg od Oruzja. From there, head north towards the Kotor Fortress, and you will find the River Gate (North Gate) within about 15 minutes.
