Walking
From the Old Town of Kotor, head towards the main road (M1). Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk along the road towards Herceg Novi. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, keep an eye out for a bus stop. You will need to catch a local bus heading to Herceg Novi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Herceg Novi, disembark at the main bus station. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow the promenade. Continue walking straight until you reach bb Prve Bokeške brigade. The Kanli Kula fortress will be on your right.

If you prefer, you can also take a taxi to the main bus station in Kotor. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus to Herceg Novi. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey to Herceg Novi will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Herceg Novi bus station, follow the same walking directions as mentioned above to reach Kanli Kula.
