From Kuči, get onto the main road (E80) heading towards Kotor. Drive approximately 30 km, following the signs for Kotor. Once you reach Kotor, follow the signs to the Old Town (Stari Grad). After entering the Old Town, look for the road leading to the Kotor Fortress (Fortress of St. John). There is a parking area near the entrance to the Old Town, where you can park your car. The fortress is about a 15-minute walk uphill from the Old Town entrance.

From Kuči, find a local bus station and take a bus to Kotor. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Kotor, walk towards the Old Town (Stari Grad). There are signs directing you to the fortress. The walk from the Old Town to the fortress takes about 15 minutes uphill. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
