    If you are driving from the center of Lake Skadar, head east on the main road towards Podgorica. Follow the signs for the E80 highway. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit for 'Shkodra' and continue on the road towards Albania. After crossing the border, you'll merge onto SH1. Drive for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Ruga e Gjelajve. The Reconciliation Tower will be on your left side.

    To get to the Reconciliation Tower using public transport, start by taking a bus from Lake Skadar to Shkodra. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Shkodra, you will need to take a taxi or a local bus that goes towards the border with Albania. After crossing the border, you can either walk or take a taxi to Ruga e Gjelajve, which is about 15 kilometers from the border. The Reconciliation Tower will be on your left side as you approach.
