Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Lakes of Plav. Head southwest on the main road towards Gusinje. Continue on this road until you reach the junction for the E80 highway. Take the E80 towards the town of Niksic. After approximately 45 minutes, follow signs for Risan and Perast. You will drive through beautiful mountainous terrain and eventually reach Perast. Upon entering Perast, look for parking options; there are several public parking lots available. From the parking area, it’s a short walk to the Perast Viewpoint.

To reach Perast using public transportation, start at the main bus station in Plav. You will need to take a bus towards Kotor. Buses run several times a day, and the journey will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kotor, transfer to a local bus heading to Perast.
