From the center of Nikšić, locate the main bus station, known as Autobuska Stanica. Take a bus heading towards Bosača. The bus schedule may vary, so check the timetable for the next departure. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to Zminje Lake. Once you get off, follow the signs leading to the lake, which will involve a short walk down a path.

If you prefer to walk, start from the central square, Trg Slobode. Head east on Njegoševa Street until you reach the intersection with Vuka Karadžića Street. Turn right and continue straight until you reach the bus station. From there, you can catch a local bus to Bosača or continue walking. If you choose to walk directly to Zminje Lake, follow the main road towards Bosača, which is approximately 5 km away. The walk will take about an hour, so be prepared with water and comfortable shoes.
