Walking
From the center of Perast, head towards the waterfront and follow the main promenade along the coast. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end of the bay. Once you reach the end, you will need to take a short ferry ride to Tivat. The ferry terminal is well-marked and located at the end of the promenade. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Tivat, and enjoy the scenic ride across the bay.

To get to the Culture Center Tivat from Perast, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road. Look for buses heading towards Tivat. Board the bus and enjoy the ride which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Tivat, ask the driver or locals for directions to Luke Tomanovića street. The Culture Center is located on this street, and you may need to walk a few minutes from the bus stop to reach your destination.
