Starting from the center of Perast, head south towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the bay. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you will see a small road leading off to the left. Follow this road as it curves around the bay. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach Zelinika. Look for signs pointing to Dobrech Beach, which will be close to the shoreline.

From the main dock in Perast, you can take a local boat service if available. Look for boats heading towards Zelinika or Dobrech Beach. The boat ride will provide a scenic journey across the bay, and you can ask the boat operator to drop you off at the nearest point to Dobrech Beach.
