Walking
From the center of Perast, head south along the waterfront promenade, taking in the beautiful views of the bay. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the main road. Look for signs indicating Budva and cross the road to continue on the pedestrian pathway. Follow this path, which will lead you towards Budva. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will start to see signs for Fort Mogren. The fort is located on a hill just off the beach, so look for the pathway leading up to it on your right.
Boat
From Perast, you can take a boat to Budva. Head to the Perast boat dock located near the main square. Purchase a ticket for a boat heading to Budva, which usually departs regularly throughout the day. The boat ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Budva port, exit the dock and walk towards the old town. From there, follow the signs that lead to Fort Mogren, which is located on the eastern side of the old town along the coast. It is a short 15-minute walk from the port to the fort.
