From the center of Perast, head towards the waterfront promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and continue walking along the waterfront. Follow the promenade until you reach the end of Perast, where you'll see the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Kotor. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kotor, disembark and head towards the Old Town. The Kotor City Walls are located just beyond the Old Town entrance, and you can easily spot them as you approach.

Boat
If you prefer a more scenic route, consider taking a private boat from Perast to Kotor. Head to one of the local boat rental services near the waterfront. After renting a boat, navigate towards Kotor, following the coastline. The journey will take about 20-25 minutes, and you'll have stunning views of the Bay of Kotor. Once you reach Kotor, dock at the designated area near the Old Town, and the Kotor City Walls will be just a short walk from there.

For a quicker and more direct route, you can hire a taxi boat from Perast to Kotor. Look for available taxi boats along the waterfront in Perast. Once you find one, negotiate a fare and hop onboard. The taxi boat will take you directly to Kotor, and the trip will take approximately 20 minutes. After arriving in Kotor, walk towards the Old Town entrance, and the Kotor City Walls will be nearby.
