Follow the promenade until you reach the end of Perast, where you'll see the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Kotor. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kotor, disembark and head towards the Old Town. The Kotor City Walls are located just beyond the Old Town entrance, and you can easily spot them as you approach.
