From the center of Perast, head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade in the direction of the town of Kotor. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor. Continue walking until you reach the bus stop near the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the bus stop, take a bus heading to Podgorica. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Podgorica, you can walk or take a taxi to the Millennium Bridge.

From Perast, walk to the nearest bus station, which is located just a few minutes away from the waterfront. Look for a bus that is going to Podgorica. Purchase your ticket from the bus station or on the bus if required. After approximately 1.5 hours, you will arrive at the main bus terminal in Podgorica. From there, you can either walk to the Millennium Bridge, which is about a 15-minute walk away, or take a short taxi ride if you prefer.
