Walking
If you are in the center of Perast, start by heading towards the waterfront promenade, which is lined with cafes and shops. As you walk along the water, continue in the direction of the nearby island of Our Lady of the Rocks. After about 10 minutes, you will reach a fork in the promenade. Keep to your right and follow the path that leads away from the water. This will take you up a gentle hill. Continue walking for another 15 minutes, and you'll come to a small sign indicating Park Milocher. The park entrance will be a little further down on your right, surrounded by lush greenery.
Boat and Walking
From the main dock in Perast, take a boat to the nearby village of Pržno. The boat ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving in Pržno, disembark and head straight towards the beach area. Walk along the beach promenade, and after about 5 minutes, you will find the entrance to Park Milocher. The park is just a short walk from the beach, and you will see signs directing you to the park entrance.
