Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the fork in the road. At the fork, take the road leading to the left, heading towards Kotor. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Kotor. Continue walking, and you will arrive in the Old Town of Kotor. Once in the Old Town, follow the signs to Trg Sv. Luke, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the entrance of the Old Town.

    From Perast, walk to the bus station located near the waterfront. Look for buses heading to Kotor, which run frequently. Purchase a ticket on the bus or at the station. The journey to Kotor will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit and walk towards the Old Town. Enter through the main gate, and follow the signs to Trg Sv. Luke, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
