Walking
Start from the main waterfront promenade in Perast, which is easily accessible. Head north along the promenade until you reach the large church, St. Nicholas Church (Crkva Svetog Nikole). From there, follow the main road (E65) as it curves around the bay. Continue walking for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass a few cafes and local shops on your way. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Cetinje. Once you reach the intersection where the road splits towards Cetinje, continue straight until you reach the viewpoint located at '9RVW+98R, Cetinje, Montenegro'.
Public Transport
From Perast, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the waterfront. Catch a bus heading towards Cetinje. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cetinje, exit the bus and follow the signs towards the viewpoint. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the viewpoint. Head downhill towards the main road, and then turn left to reach the observation deck at '9RVW+98R, Cetinje, Montenegro'.
