Getting There

Walking

From the center of Perast, head southeast towards the waterfront. Walk along the coast road (CR8) until you reach the junction with the road leading to the hill. Turn left onto the road that goes uphill towards Lovćen National Park. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for the viewpoint. The path will be well marked, and you will begin to notice stunning views of the Bay of Kotor as you ascend. Follow the signs, and you will reach the viewpoint in approximately 30 minutes.
Boat

From Perast, you can take a boat to the nearest docking point to Lovćen. Head to the main dock in Perast where you can find local boat tours. Ask for a tour that goes towards Lovćen National Park. The boat trip will take you across the bay and drop you off at a nearby location (you may need to confirm the exact drop-off point with the boat operator). From the drop-off point, you will likely need to walk approximately 20-30 minutes uphill to reach the viewpoint.
Taxi

While you may not be driving, you can easily find a local taxi service in Perast. Head to the main square or ask at your accommodation for assistance. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Viewpoint Lovćen National Park. The drive will take about 15-20 minutes. The taxi will drop you off at the entrance to the park, from where it’s a short walk to the viewpoint.
