Ferry
From Perast, walk to the Perast Ferry Terminal located at the waterfront. Look for the ferry that goes to Kotor, which typically runs every 30 minutes. Purchase a ticket (usually around 1-3 euros) and board the ferry. The journey to Kotor takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kotor Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the Old Town, following the signs.

Walking
After disembarking the ferry in Kotor, walk straight towards the Old Town entrance. You will see the main gate to the Old Town, which is marked with a large clock tower. Enter the Old Town and continue straight until you reach the main square, Trg od Oružja. From the square, look for the signs that point to the Kotor City Walls. Follow the path leading upwards, which will take you to the base of the walls. The entrance to climb the walls is located near the north side of the Old Town. Be prepared for a steep climb and enjoy the stunning views along the way.
