From Podgorica, head to the main bus station (Autobuska stanica) located at Ulica 29. Novembar. You can take a taxi or walk there. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading towards Budva. The journey to Budva takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival in Budva, exit the bus station and head towards the coastline, then follow the signs to Sveti Stefan, which is approximately 8 km away. You can either take a local taxi or check if there are any shuttles that operate to Sveti Stefan.
