Getting There

Car
If you are driving, start from the town of Žabljak, which is the closest major town to Bobotov Kuk. Head southeast on the main road towards the direction of Crno Jezero (Black Lake). Follow the signs for Durmitor National Park. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a fork; take the left road that leads you towards the park entrance. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you see a sign for Bobotov Kuk. Park your car in the designated parking area. From the parking lot, there will be marked hiking trails leading to Bobotov Kuk.

Public Transportation
To reach Bobotov Kuk by public transport, take a bus from Podgorica to Žabljak. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes around 3 hours. Once you arrive in Žabljak, you can either take a taxi to the Durmitor National Park entrance or rent a bike for a more adventurous approach. If you choose the taxi, inform the driver to take you to the trailhead for Bobotov Kuk. From the trailhead, follow the marked hiking paths to reach the peak, which is an estimated 2-3 hour hike depending on your pace.
