If you are starting from the Tivat city center (Trg Oslobođenja), head southwest towards the coast along the main road, Jadranska magistrala. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the waterfront promenade known as Pine Beach. From here, you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the promenade, taking in the views of the bay.
