Start from the Old Town of Ulcinj. Head south towards the beach area, walking along the main street. Follow the signs for the beach, and you'll reach the waterfront. Take the path that leads towards the left, which will take you up a small hill. As you ascend, you will see the Seamans' Mosque on your right, situated at the top of the hill.
