At the roundabout, take the exit onto R-17 heading towards Donji Stoj. Continue walking along R-17 for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass a few shops and local cafes along the way. Look for signs indicating the direction to Donji Stoj. When you reach Donji Stoj, you should see the Ulcinj Powered Paragliding takeoff area on your right side, located near the roadside.

From the center of Ulcinj, find the nearest bus stop, which is typically located near the main square. Take a local bus heading towards Donji Stoj. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you wish to stop at 'Donji Stoj' for the paragliding takeoff. After you get off the bus, walk a short distance along R-17 and you will find the Ulcinj Powered Paragliding takeoff area on your right.
