If you're starting from the Old Town of Ulcinj, head towards the main road, Rruga e Bregut. Walk down this road until you reach the intersection with Rruga Dëshmorët e Kombit. Turn left onto Rruga Dëshmorët e Kombit and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and cafes. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout, and after about 5 more minutes, you will see signs for Free Parking on your right. The parking lot is located at coordinates W6J3+C4M, Ulcinj 85360, Montenegro.

From the main bus station in Ulcinj, take a local bus heading towards Meterizi. It's usually marked on the front of the bus. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the bus stop closest to the intersection of Rruga Dëshmorët e Kombit. From there, walk straight down Rruga Dëshmorët e Kombit for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout, and shortly after, you will see signs for Free Parking on your right. The parking lot is located at W6J3+C4M, Ulcinj 85360, Montenegro.
